The impressive, forward-thinking new 2019 Jaguar I-PACE has more than a few tricks up its sleeve--and its advanced, enhanced regenerative braking system is just one of them.

Regenerative braking isn't necessarily anything new; it's a tech feature that hybrids have been relying on for years, a way to use the power of stopping the massive weight of a car toward its own benefit.

The I-PACE, though, in classic Jaguar fashion, does it better.

Being a British car company, making British cars, it stands to reason that, on occasion, Jaguar would fall back into its old habits and heritage. For example, when measuring "boot space".

In a recent video, Jaguar excitedly detailed the mammoth cargo space in the back and full interior of its exceptional and competitive F-PACE SUV--using liters and millimeters.

The 2019 Jaguar I-PACE is a standout new model option in the electric vehicle market, competing directly against models like the Tesla 3, the Tesla Model X, and some less-premium options like the Chevy Bolt EV, the Nissan LEAF, and the upcoming Hyundai Kona EV.

Jaguar's latest iteration of the iconic, fantastic, and breathtaking F-TYPE sports car will be releasing soon, and in North Carolina Jaguar dealerships within the year.

Jaguar is expected to launch its all-electric I-PACE sports car on Thursday of this week. While a production model won't be available for sale for another few months, we'll finally be able to get a much closer look at the sheet-metal and some inside features.

This week also marks the completion of Jaguar's rigorous 1,500,000 miles of testing, culminating in a snowy ride at the Jaguar Land Rover cold weather test facility in Arjeplog, Sweden.
