It's rare for any automaker to make big changes, additions, or deletions from a car that's only in the second year of its new generation. It's even more rare when it's the second model-year of a completely new vehicle's first generation.

So, it shouldn't be a particular surprise that the 2019 Jaguar E-PACE doesn't have any major changes from the 2018 Jaguar E-PACE that we fell in love with last year.

But, there are some small differences between the 2019 and 2018 that you should know about:

While it might seem like a little change, adding these systems poses a huge step forward for driver and passenger connectivity.

Seeing that USB charging ports and media connections are starting to rack up the same numbers as cupholders, it is fair to say that ease of connectivity is important for vehicles...

Just last week, we reported how German taxi companies might be going electric with the addition of nearly a dozen Jaguar I-PACE vehicles into a fleet in Munich.

Imagine lifting your hand to hail a taxi in Charlotte, and instead of a classic, dowdy yellow sedan pulling up to the curb, you're greeted by a Jaguar I-PACE.

In Munich, it's not just a possibility--it's happening.

The impressive, forward-thinking new 2019 Jaguar I-PACE has more than a few tricks up its sleeve--and its advanced, enhanced regenerative braking system is just one of them.

Regenerative braking isn't necessarily anything new; it's a tech feature that hybrids have been relying on for years, a way to use the power of stopping the massive weight of a car toward its own benefit.
